2008 Fighter Pilot Red - Paso Robles

We continue to “push the envelope” with this vintage. From Bailey family vineyards, this 100% certified organic dry-farmed Zinfandel oozes black cherry and currant fruit on the nose. The white pepper nuances are more subdued initially, but linger softly on the finish. Great fruit to alcohol balance complimenting a long impressive finish.
